Hard Drive Help!!

Not sure how to explain this, but ill do my best to.

 

So i have 2 hard drives from different computers that ive had in the past. Both hard drives have a OS on them, but i want to get the stuff off them, and i only have my pc which already has a OS on it (obviously). So can i plug in one of the old Hard Drives into my pc and will they be accessible, even if they have a OS on them already? Just wanting the files that i have on each of them.

Also, in my pc now, my OS is on my SSD. Just wanting to know if i can have both my SSD (Priority 1) and one of these HDD plugged in at the same time.

Just plug it in and you can copy the files off.

Plug it in as priority 2, or unplug my SSD first and just have 1 of the HDD plugged in at a time?

plug it in as a second drive. You shouldn't need to touch anything, it will just show up when booted.
