Mb cpu or both causing my freezing?

Hello!

Thank you in advance to anyone for their advice!

I finished my system build around 3weeks ago and ever since then every so often my pc wl freeze just for a few seconds the mb will make a tick sound like it does on initial boot the fans will increase and then back to normal I just carry on like it never happened, I am trying to figure out what the problem is or where it is coming from and which part needs replacing, I have ran hot cpu tester and that has come back saying cpu is running as intended? I have been keeping a log of all the debug codes that come up 
46, 47,55,56,57,58, 65,66, 75,82,

My spec
Msi z370 gaming m5 1151
Intel 8700k
2x 980ti gpu
2x Samsung ssd
Corsair 1000w psu

you dont have your ram listed but i'm willing to bet it'll stop if you pull one of the sticks out and run it with a single stick

I have 4x 8gb corsair vengance 3000mhz ddr4 so all 4 slots filled

yeah , i'm willing to bet one of those is the issue

i see hard freezes in machines that have large amounts of sticks quite often which is usually why i immediately tell people to just run a single stick and see if it goes away

So is the issue the slots on the mb or one of the sticks are bad? And how would I go about finding the faulty stick? Can I run sli with just 8gb of ram?
