Hello all !

I got a budget system of a g4560 and a gtx 1060 3gb and 8gb ram 2133mhz .

I have seen A LOT of videos with my specs and some game and its performance but when i try to actually play them , the fps is not like the ones that the videos show . I have the gpu drivers and a intel programm that it was on a cd on the mobo box . I dont know what its happening . Giving an example : GTA V im getting 30 fps on medium . But in the video shows 60 fps on high . Anyways , can someone explain me what is happening

Do you have 1 or 2 sticks of RAM?  Might be an issue with memory channel limitations.

I have 1 stick

The box has outdated software. Go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and also get GeForce experience to update your software.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k (won) - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Linux Proliant ML150 G6:

Dual Xeon X5560 - 24GB ECC DDR3 - GTX 750 TI - old Seagate 1.5TB HDD - dark mode Ubuntu (and Win7, cuz why not)

How many watts do I need? Seasonic Focus thread, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

What does task manager say when gaming for CPU and RAM and GPU usage?

i mean, its the most logical first step - find differences

its not advertising

@TeoPap you can discard the first one, uses stronger CPU and GPU

discard third one, also uses 1060 6GB

1060 3GB isnt as good as 1060 6GB and its not just memory difference (they basically scam people by selling it under same name)

ill look closer into the second video

so basically only second video is applicable - run the benchmark with the same exact settings and see how it performs

reasons your result may differ:

slower ram

not dual channel ram

programs running in background

insufficient cooling (gpu boost clockspeed is dependent on temperature)

@TeoPap in the first post you were talking about gta 5

i meant you should use the same settings as in the second video and run the gta 5 benchmark so you have something to compare

i also noticed your disk is at 100% usage?
