i meant you should use the same settings as in the second video and run the gta 5 benchmark so you have something to compare

 

i also noticed your disk is at 100% usage?

So in conclusion i can see that the fps problem comes from the usage of cpu and maybe from ram?

its most likely the ram

MSI GX660 + i7 920XM @ 2.8GHz + GTX 970M + Samsung SSD 830 256GB
