You should be able to just export the program to an apk, depending on what program you use.

If you're using something like Unity you can just export it for Android.

Apparently you do it like this: https://support.code.org/hc/en-us/articles/204182778-How-can-I-send-an-app-or-game-I-ve-made-to-a-smartphone-

Quote

To send an App Lab creation or Flappy Bird game to your phone, click "Finish" and then click the icon of the cell phone that appears in the pop-up. Enter your phone number and hit 'send' to have your app creation sent to your phone! Note that this option is only available to students 13 and older.

We only support text-based sending of apps to U.S.-based phone numbers. You can still generate a share link to be copy/pasted into an email or social media post to be shared with others.

but its a link, it sends u a link to the app on their server

I don't have prior experience with this service, so have nothing else really to add to this.

You should get in contact with code.org to ask them if it is possible to compile your own code; since usually you can't just put your code into any IDE. You could of course try, but there is a likelihood it won't recognize some files.

They probably have set the program up so people can't  just download/compile a full app on their own.
