I have a Linksys E1200 and I am having to do a cold boot (unplug it and replug it in the reset button does not work) to it about every week. I will have internet(wireless) on my device and then one of them will claim that it is not getting signal (connecting, saved, secerd over and over again) I will have signal on the other device (never the same device each time). I cannot look at the settings for the router even when though I still have internet when connected though I can still search the web. I have already updated the firmware. I was wondering what I could do to fix this issue.

Factory reset it to defaults, then test adding one device at a time, each time putting the router under load. If it starts to fail to provide a connection once you connect say the 3rd device, or if it drops even with one device after it's been on for say 12-24 hours, chances are it's overheating and thus causing the chipset driving the WiFi module to crash/reboot.

Your last resort would be taking apart the router and putting some of those tiny metal heatsinks on the chips inside. I realize you said "replacing it is not an option" previously on Discord, but that may end up being your option here. Technology wears out eventually, just like everything else, especially if it's an entry level product like the E1200. Don't get me wrong - the E1200 and similar inexpensive DLink routers I used to sell work fine for those with few devices in an apartment sized space, but they are not meant to handle any kind of load, and tend to wear out much faster than a decent quality router.
