Corsair k55

I recently got a corsair k55 rgb keyboard and downloaded corsair iCUE to set macros and led colors for it. However it tells me that the firmware is out of date and this I should contact the manufacturer. What should I do?

The direst quote is " K55 RGB is using incompatible firmware and cannot be updated. Please contact our techinal support to resolve this"

 

I have restarted my system and tried to reset the keyboard by holding escape while I was plugging it in.

Unplug the keyboard,

Hold down the esc button while plugging it back in.

Tell me if a drive appear like if you stick a usb drive

Go to Corsair support and send a ticket, also go to the forum there and post a thread about it.
