this a safe oc and temps

hello just oc my cpu for the first time never done it before and was looking to see if temps are safe and if the oc is good seems stable 

 

Intel Core i7 4790K oc to 4.6ghz voltz 1.250v

temps running adda95 for 15 mins not even that some cores max temp was 91 showing on core temp then i stopped the test

Yeah, that's WAY too high. after 15 minutes you should expect like 65-70 degrees for that CPU. Did you just build the system?

no temps before the oc was about 60-70

What's your cooler and Thermal Paste? and what settings did you change when OCing?

Dial back the OC to the base clock and slowly make your way up. stop when your max temp is around 75 degrees. only go up 0.05 GHz at a time. have you tried adjusting the fan settings?

stuff like the fan curve. did it come with any software? if so have a play with that and see if you can get any more performance out of it

changed the fan to turbo mode with stock speeds i hit 80c for some reason
