GPU Usage Low When Turning On PC For The First Time In Morning

So I always shut off my computer at night and in the morning i turn it on (cold boot), when i turn it on every games lag and GPU usage is low until i restart it (warm boot). I have replaced my psu, added an ssd, reinstalled windows/drivers completely, and updated my bios. I don't know what else to do at this point? If it can't be fixed its fine as its not that big a of a deal to restart but still n annoyance.

Windows 10?  A couple guesses I would take is messing with the power profiles (set them to balanced or above and see if that works?), or perhaps something with the GPU itself after going into that Windows 10 hybrid off thing it does when you shut down on a hardware level?  Have all drivers and OS updates?

Yes windows 10, I've tried different power curves and they dont seem to do much at the shutdown and i don't know about the hybrid off thing at all. Thanks for the quick reply!

Well Windows 10 Shutdown, as I understand it, is a hybrid sleep/off mode.  A Windows 10 restart is a complete system restart.  Which I would assume is resetting something within the software, or hardware of the GPU?  Maybe a fresh install of drivers on the GPU?

I've reinstalled twice now, with the most updated versions and nothing has changed. Howver the shutdown not being a full shutdown may be something. Is there a way to actually get a fully shutdown?

I do believe that if you are running an SSD in fast boot (I could be wrong but something in my head is telling me this) you skip the option to enter BIOS.  To reset this you have to pull/reset the CMOS so you can enter BIOS if you want.  I could be wrong but for some reason I think this is accurate.

I don't have it to fast boot, i have the option to enter bios on.

Edit I think I just read it wrong sorry, its late putting kids to bed lol be back in a few - but I just googled the hibernation question that was the first thing that came up that said can disable

I misread it sorry, long day of tests. Anyways i think you were right i did as the link said and i de selected the fast boot option. (For some reason however i could still enter BIOS when i wanted to)

I'm hopeful that that does the trick, I will update the thread tomorrow morning when iI wake up as usually the PC doesn't act up until about 7 hours of being shut off. Thanks for your time man!

Forgot to update this earlier, but whenever i turned on my pc in the morning i was still only getting 40-50% gpu usage in games and getting around 70 fps. After restarting i average around 130 fps with an 80% gpu usage.
