Need help with what to upgrade next

hey just wondering what i should upgrade next and recommendations. 

i currently have a i7 7700k

z270h board

1050ti 4gb gaming

16gb ram 3200

60hz monitor.

 

idealy wanna move to a 144hz monitor and upgrade my gpu. have about 1.3k to spend can go higher for decent upgrades. tho dont wanna spend more than 900 on a single part.

Get a 2070 for 499$, better SSD / M.2 and save the rest for the next gen CPUs on 7nm

Maybe a used 1080/ti and a decent 1080p 144hz monitor

i have windows on a 960 samsung evo. and i have a 970 evo recently brought for games. havent been bothered to move windows on it. 2070 here in aus are like 850 bucks +. and from what i hear of 2070 they are rather bad. i can get a 1070ti new for like 700.
