Radeon Settings not OPENING!!!?

I got a MSi Gaming X RX570 OC yesterday and when I plugged it in and downloaded the package off amd.com everything was good except Radeon Settings would not open and when I open hidden icons in my taskbar and hover over Radeon Settings it dissappears, I'vs tried everthing like Cleanup Utility and DDU and I've tried downloading multiples versions over 10 times and cleaning the registry but nothing will do it, can someone please help.

*Note* I almost forgot but when when I try to launch it in Safe Mode it says Radeon Settings is not installed, or is not the right version or something like that.

yeah, the adrenaline drivers are a bit bugged rn... tried older ones yet?

Yeah, on MSi website there was one from July this year but it was worse Radeon Settings refused to even install.

what if you donwload it from amd's website?

I downloaded the 2 newest versions and the version MSi supplied from the AMD site as well.

you can get any of the older drivers here

try the 18.12.1.1 or 18.11.2....the new 12.2 and 12.3 is hit and miss with 500 series and older cards

oh and dont forget to run ddu in safemode and get rid of all your old video drivers also

Yes, I have 18.12.3 currently and i've also gone in safe mode and ran ddu.

yea then try the 18.12.1 or 18.11.2

I tried 18.7.1 and 18.12.1.

Neither worked.

I FIXED IT!!!!!!!!!! 

Story: I was really bothered by not being able to use Radeon Settings and then I thoight of mining on my card, so that led me to learning NiceHash Legacy only detected AMD cards on Crimson Drivers so I downloaded those and AMD Settings started working but the miner wouldnt detect my card still so I left it for a few days and I realized the old driver caused my GPU to lag compared to the new drivers so I decided to go back once and for all, and this time I used DDU and installed the newest version the Radeon Settings started working and like 40 notifications were awaiting me from the first install to now.
