It's as easy as doing LEGO :-)

Take the screws out, release the latch on the PCI slot, take the current GPU ( unplug the power cables ofcourse ) out and place the new one in, and reverse what you've did at first and than plug in the power cables and install the drivers and you're ready to rock :D

( btw, get the BF4 edition  )

I would first uninstall the graphics driver that you have currently:

Nvidia: http://www.overclock.net/t/1150443/how-to-remove-your-nvidia-gpu-drivers

AMD:http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/GPU57RemoveOldGraphicsDrivers.aspx

Intel: http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm

Then shutdown your computer and install your new GPU and plug in your PCI-E power cable. Plug in your monitor cable to your graphics card and boot it up. Then go to the AMD website to install your drivers;http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

I agree with those who had suggested uninstalling driver first, I would suggest TS restart after driver uninstall and run driver sweeper if previous card was an nVidia card. After uninstall, power off and remove old card, replace new card. Restart and install latest Cat driver....13.12WHQL, and restart when prompted.
