New Ram Bios Freeze Problem

Hello, my mobo is msi gaming 970 and i bought a new ram: pny 2x pny 4gb 2666mhz ddr3 
and i plugged them, when i start my computer there is 99 text at the right bottom, and freeze like that, and bios never starts, and i cant open the bios, what is the problem please help me. ( when i plug my old rams computer is working)

Looks like that speed of RAM is not supported by that board.
