What's your current motherboard? Why replace it, did it break?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

It’s a Gigabyte GA-H110-D3A  no it did not break, it works fine but everybody keeps telling me that it is a crappy board.  It was only like $70 (made for mining)  and I’m running in RTX 2080 OC and I7 and 32 gigs of ram.  So my main goal is to not have my board damage any components.

Good choice. Since Z270 is last gen, consider refurbished, open box, and used boards, as well as some Z170 stuff as well. The Asus Z170-AR is a neat little beauty I just stumbled upon.
