Case LEDs location

Hi, I'm writing this just to seek for more experienced people in case LEDs, I'm a bit concerned about the location of the ones I put in my new case, I placed them as you can see on the bottom corner in the top location of my case. 





My concern exists because right on the front of the LED's there are my two out-take fans, which are making a bit of shadow. 
Better explained in the following, high quality diagram, comic sans is just for the lulz





  (Don't mind the tape, it's just because the stock glue won't stay in place)





Also, note that those are two stripes of white leds, each one is 15cm long, so I could put them in different places if I want.


What is the best location for those leds in in this situation? I thought I could turn them in this way, but I don't want to re-tape everything again for nothing unless someone is recommending me to, I'm not an expert.

You have the right idea but if you want to provide more even lighting you may want to add a second strip lower down to prevent shadows being cast from components. Casting the light out on a slightly angle can help to illuminate more of the components lower down but overall it looks pretty good as is.
