my recent upgrade is giving my ryzen 2600 on an asrock ab350 pro-4 a 99% of 90a EDC reading in ryzen master. can anyone show me how to raise the hadroom on the asrock bios. this is my first build and the amd/asrock bios is not user friendly as I hoped.

That can be done in a supporting BIOS or after selecting Precision Boost Overdrive in Ryzen Master.  However, if your concern is more that the percentage used is continuously high then that may be a result of Minimum Processor State being set too high in the Window's power plan you're using.  Minimum Processor State needs to be any value lower than 50% and you can use any power plan you'd like.  I use Ultimate Performance and a Minimum Processor State value of 20%.
