What monitoring software to trust?

Im currently running a 2700x non-oc, but it does ramp up to 4.2 GHz using XFR. I am using a EVGA CLC 280mm AIO watercooler. When looking at my temps, msi afterburner and hwmonitor both say my cpu is at 71 C, but when I look at MSI Command Center and EVGA flow control, i get a reading of around 63. Which software should I trust? I've heard HWmonitor has been acting a bit strange with the new ryzen systems.

Your best bet is always AMD's own software called Ryzen master but, HWmonitor has been working just fine for me.
