Budget performance parts

Galion

Case : coolermaster Q300L / Thermaltake J21 TG / fractal design core 2500 - all 3 at the price range of usual budget cases with windows / non window / TG.

Motherboard : ARock B450M Pro4 / MSI B450M Mortar - the few good motherboards with passable components.

CPU : Ryzen R5 2600 - the best bang for the buck processor sometimes it's even lower on clearance

. R.A.M : Crucial ballistix elite 3200mhrz cl15 x2 8gb / T-force gaming delta RGB 3000mhrtz cl16 - the crucial elites are the only 3200mhrtz with the lowest latency I could find that worked with my Ryzen, but if you want rgb I've added a rgb option

NVME Drives : Gigabyte PCIE X2 M.2 256gb / Western digital black m.2 nvme 250gb gen3 - the only few nvme drives under $80(the gigabyte one is now on discount at $50)

SSD - there are plenty of 3.5 ssd now on discount so the options are plenty

PSU - Coolermaster MWE - gold rated, full modular and has a 5yrs minimum warranty

GPU : Zotac, Q Leadtek (Nvidia) / Sapphire, Powercolor (AMD) - All four options are from trusted companies that have been in the market. Most budget builds would consist of mid ranged cards like 1060,1070,rx570,rx580,2060,2070  if you can find the 2000 series cards

Best Value Build List

Budget 1080p System (RGB) https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7v2Lmq - (this build comes with two free games with the RX 570)

The Coolermaster MWE series is not 80+ gold rated, is not fully modular, and only has a 3 year warranty. I think you might be looking at a different unit?
