Recover just cause 4 data?

so just cause 4 kept crashing every 30 minutes or so and i kept trying fixes which involved changing settings. And then because of the garbage menu rather than clicking continue i clicked new game (i did notice but i had A held down from clicking on new and when i released it it started a new game) is there any way to recover my old save file?
