Business PC

Hello! So my Dad asked me if I could build some PC's for his work and I said yes. These PC's will be used for general work stuff such as emails, youtube, documents, etc... It WONT be used for gaming so I dont need any good graphics card, just something that would work for business stuff. For the time being it will be 2 PC's that I will build. My budget would be about 350 per computer less would be better. So far I have this

What exactly do they do at work..? I ask because I have built my parents work PC's for their small business, and they have 128 GB SSD's and thats it lol. These were built when SSD's cost ~120 bucks for 120 GB, but my point is, why not take that ~45 bucks on the 1 TB HDD and put it into the SSD budget and get a larger SSD? That way they don't have to even think about "O, should I put this on the big drive or the small drive, and wait, is the small one the fast one or the big one?". In my experience, the more simple the better.

 

Something like this maybe? Or even the 250 GB version for only 49.99?

The rest I think is pretty solid!

Its just a small insurance company so no high load work. I think im going to go with at least 500-750gb of storage. I dont think they will need a SSD for the majority of their work so i got a small one to put windows on.

I would go with a 500 GB SSD, that way its just a single drive, no need to think of where to put something or where you put something 10.5 months ago... Just easier and cleaner IMO. And its costs the same for a 500 GB SSD as the SSD+HHD you have now. Just my 2 cents.

honestly at that price point you are far better of buying a prebuilt. youre forgetting to factor in the 100$ of a windows license, which could go toward better hardware in the case of a prebuilt

Downgrade to an Athlon 200GE, Vega and Zen so still good and also cheaper.

You can find 30 dollar windows 10 keys... Grey market, but, not black market haha

A320 boards have to be so cheaply made to be cheaper than B350/B450, that their quality is worrying. Seriously thr Asrock A320M DGS (mATX board) is even lighter than the B350 Fatality ITX board despite the extra length...
