Recommendation for upgrade

What CPU you got? Wouldn't want a bottleneck.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

1080 Ti if you can save a good amount of money if not then just go 2080 already, they perform about the same but the 2080 has the new "promises" that might eventually... someday... be a thing.

 

As stated above these GPUs are A LOT faster than a GTX 970 so careful with your CPU not becoming a bottleneck.

I would look into GPU prices of 1080ti and 2080, if they're similar, get 2080, if you can get 1080ti for cheaper than 2080, get 1080ti instead.

 

And to add to a pile, check CPU for possible bottlenecks.
