Looking at your signature why not use that money to upgrade your current system? the cpu does not seem all that outdated. Use some money to buy a ssd, new gpu, like a r9 280x or gtx 770. You might as well get a new psu and more ram.

Looks solid.  Maybe get a 550W PSU though that is gold or platinum, 750 is overkill

Drop the Windows copy, you're on a budget.

Get cheaper RAM (Corsair is the best memory vendor imho) and a 770 if possible.

Really?

I agree.  If it were me, I would simply upgrade my current system specs.

Why only Newegg? You can get better prices by shopping around.

If you're planning on replacing your current system, I'd recommend just upgrading instead. A new graphics card + ssd would be a nice upgrade.

You could get an R9 290 + 500GB Samsung 840 EVO + 8GB of RAM for $1000.  That would be one heck of a system.

IMO crossfire 7870 with 270x i believe. ssd is a MUST! cpu is fine 8350 is not that big of an improvement from 6300 mobo is same chipset so no improvement there also no need for a new copy of windows if you use the same mobo. new case if you want. then you have money for some nice new peripherals like the new corsair rgb.

$1057 when shipping and other things are taken into account.

Drop the CD drive and maybe the 2TB and go for a single 1TBbut I would recommend waiting a couple days and getting the system but without the CD drive.
