Laptop Performance

Hi all,

 

I have recently got a new laptop with a Nvidia GTX 1060 Max-q.  When i am playing games running on battery power it will lower my performance meaning i can only play lower end games.  When i plug it in however it will run fine.  Is there away to set it so that it runs at maximum performance even when running on battery power.

This will happen in every laptop. Battery could not provide enough juice. Also will hurt battery lifespan

Click the battery icon in the taskbar, and slide the slider all the way to the right to Best Performance. It won't get anything better than that on battery.
