I did an oopsie

Caolan.Kelly

Sorry if this in the wrong forum for starters.

The problem

So I was messing around on my computer and accidently set my FPS cap at 60 fps. Now this wouldn't be a problem only that I then went onto Nvidia control panel and set the sync (can't remember which one ) to auto. Now I can't find the Nvidia control panel.. I've tried searching. And I don't know how to remove the cap ...

I only have this problem because I was playing shadow of war, which my gtx 1060 should handle at on average 50fps on ultra but instead I get exactly 30 fps. Which is kinda annoying.

Thank you for the read and responses and help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry if I don't reply straight away I've just currently spending my day playing this game and it is now 4 am where I live so I will probably fall asleep but I will be sure to try any advice tomorrow

Go to your windows control panel and click hardware.

Or just right click on your desktop and open nvidia control panel.

I was assuming the right click on desktop didn't show up for him.  In which case you can go to control panel and find the nvidia icon there.
