I need a new computer for my parents.  We have windows 7 and an hd 5770 1gb graphics card.  I need a cpu, ram, motherboard, case and psu for around 300 dollars.  It also has to have optical audio.  If someone can whip something up quick that would be nice so i can take advantage of the boxing day sales. thanks! (in canada btw)

Your best option is the used market, you'll get pretty crappy components if you want to buy brand new parts at this price point.
