Some Problem About the Capture Card

My capture card is Timeleak HD72A. It has two problem. First, if I take a screenshot, it will output a picture with incomplete pixel. About 1 or 2 row pixel at the left side and the right side will disappear. Second, if I link my laptop to the capture card and copy the display to another PC while I'm playing games. My game's framerate will drop to 40~50. And I can't use the fullscreen mode. If I use it. The capture card will only capture a picture with a half black and a half normal.

 

Maybe my capture card too suck?
