How to turn off turbo on ryzen?

Mobo is asus prime b350 plus.

 

Turbo is causing some instability issues so I need to turn it off, but how?

Can you just set the multiplier in BIOS to whichever speed you want it to stay at?

 

Or if the turbo is causing issues then perhaps you can describe them and we can provide a solution for the actual instability.

Couldnt find anywhere to do that in the bios

Just change the CPU multiplier from auto to 34 (I think 3.4 is the base of the 1600X, if it's 3.6GHz then you'd set a multiplier of 36) and then reboot, auto voltage should be fine. If it's still boosting then disable core enhancement or whatever it's called (I have an ASUS B450-F and CH7 and I can't for the life of me remember what the name of that setting is rn).
