hey guys I need advice on cleaning my gpu. bought it for 60$ (gtx 760) was dusty.  
 

what materials do I need? 
and is it safe to use 70% ethyl alcohol?

You should buy a high pressure air duster can off Amazon.

They are cheap and get the dust off easily

The best way to clean GPU would be by completely removing cooler and cleaning it out and replacing thermal paste since its GTX760.
