Extreme Ping Spikes every 3-10 seconds

For the past week, my entire household has been experiencing extreme latency issues. Every 3-10 seconds my ping spikes to 300-1000 and the lowers to around 31. I am using a wireless connection. Also, I have contacted my ISP and they claim there are no issues on their side. All suggestions for fixes are appreciated!
