Dual Channel Memory Help

I recently built a new PC and I am not sure if my ram is running at its full potential is there anything I can do in the bios other than enabling XMP I currently have the Auros X470 Ultra Gaming Motherboard please let me know what I should do.

Overclocking will be the one true way to reach your full potential. A YouTube overclocking guide will get you very far with this.

Besides making sure its actually running in dual channel mode (you installed the DIMMS in the correct slots), as @fasauceome said you can try overclocking it. But, what speed is it? May not me much more you can squeeze out, and RAM overclocking is usually the least effective thing to OC, although it does help out AMD more than Intel...
