Need some help

So I got a new ssd and installed it where my old one was since it has rgb. I installed my Samsung 860 evo in the back of my case. It is no longer showing in my disc manager. Or bios.  I swapped them around and its showing up but the new one isnt now so I tried multiple sata data cables and sata ports same thing any ideas?
