Ryzen integrated graphics + new gpu

I currently have a pc with a ryzen 5 2400g processor and for the past few months that is what I have been using to play games. I recently bought a PowerColor rx 570 to put in my pc. Do I need to uninstall the drivers for the 2400g or can I just put in the card and install the 570 drivers?

Corsair 650watt

msi b350 tomohawk

ryzen 5 2400g
