Asus rog strix X470-F or Asrock X470 taichi ?

i can’t choose between these boards 

I dont know if i am going to OC maybe in the future so that

Tiachi. IIRC it has the same incredibly overkill VRM as the Tiachi Ultimate (IIRC a 12+4 or something? It's more overkill than the CH7). Should OC like a champ and have plenty of VRM to spare if Zen 2 increases core counts and such and needs more power.

From what I'm reading, the x470-f has better sound components than the taichi. Besides vmrs, why is the taichi better than the strix?
