Nah Intel deserves it. They laid off all their best engineers for cheaper younger ones to save money a couple years ago. The problem is they don't have nearly the same amount of older knowledge required

Luke all i was disappointed with intel was that new intel core i9 9980XE for $3000 it stil was 18 cores the same core count as the intel core i9 7980XE for $2700 why should i pay $300 more and still has the same core count, if i was intel and i brought out a intel core i9 9980XE for $3000 it would have 24 cores.

 

I love watching all your YouTube videos you put out on building pc very interesting and funny. Im building one myself purchasing and hording computer components then get someone to put it together for me its going to be used for game development using Unreal engine 4.21, and blender 2.79 what ever is lastest, Skyrim modding playing games, watching YouTube, online shopping im going to use example AMDs 2990WX 32 core CPU TR4 chip set for $2600 better value, cannot have fish with those kinds of chips, also im going with the Quadro RTX 5000 or 6000 see what happens. Before forget im going to use corsairs Dominator platinum DDR4 3466 (128GB) and for my SSDs 2.5" 4TB 870 Pro from samsung i already have a corsair 1200watt pro power supply.  Happy xmas.

well, if it had a more efficient architecture ot would have made sense... but it's still kaby lake, which is the same as skylake, same as for coffee lake, and skylake was effectivly based on hasewell, from which broadwell was the refresh... intel has been kinda boring the last years. not that I'm fanboying to amd, i mean i have both, but intel should do something impressive again

I have only a 1200watt power supply, also i did make thy wrong choice last January i went and purchase a MSI GTX 1080Ti for $1300 AUD from scorptec i thought i was doing the right thing as now we have RTX now who could possibly know that 1080Ti were really awesome still is i could possibly use that until i purchase everything else then i could find someone nice enough to assemble it correctly, i did think about that nice guy from Linus tech tips YouTube you know him, i did think about computer shop i don't know, i cannot expect miracles in purchasing all those components its going to be very slow, so i already own 1 x 1080Ti second one would be okay, 1 by 1200watt power supply, 8 x 16Gb DDR4 3466 128 GB corsair Dominator platinum that Ram brand reminded me of those big V8 with those huge Dominator carburetors, then the brain of the computer AMDs 2990WX CPU or i9 9900K undecided HM, and no i didn't get that from work im unemployed on a pention i can apply for a centre Link $1200 advanced payment once every 6 months, so im nearly finished paying centre link back which i used to purchase a $450 power supply so when another advanced payment is available i be able to save up to $1600 by end of April apply for a $1200 advanced payment then i have $2800 then i can purchase a AMDs 2990WX 32 core CPU TR4 chip set without butter fish and pay $20 Australia post delivery, so as you can see it will take an eternity, im hopping the world doesn't end before i finish i give it 5 years.
