Which is the world best pc aftermarket cooler?

I just don't know exactly which pc aftermarket cooler is the most efficient in coling ! Can some one give me some ides?

Are you asking for the best AIR cooler? That title (for normal, off the shelf parts) probably goes to the NH-D15 by noctua or the Dark Rock Pro by Be Quiet. Of course, you could always custom build something.

 

Or are you asking water cooling? That'd probably be some sort of massive 360 mm Rad + another 280 rad in the top of the case and a really fast pump. 

 

Or are you asking "coolest possible?" That'd be some sort of exotic cooling. LN2 or Dry ice etc.

Dark Rock Pro 4 is best performing air cooler at the moment. Though it will depend on your RAM and case if that's for you.
