I’m using a cooler master HAF 932 and bought the pc prebuilt with the original power supply facing upward on the bottom of the case.  I’ve recently purchased a new psu and since there are holes for airflow below the psu I have it facing downward to suck air from the bottom.  The case does not come with a bottom dust filter and I was wondering if that’s was an issue. Thanks in advance!

You do tend to get alot of dust from underneith. I would advise getitng a dust filter.

A quik DIY solution is to use some women stockings, though magnetic dust filters are relativly cheap so might aswell just buy one and be done.
