How do I get WiFi on this motherboard and I’m using a ryzen 5 2600

You attach the included antennae to the connections on the back, and you make sure the WLAN (wifi) card is enabled in BIOS and your OS.  Then you make sure the drivers are installed.

 

You could also check the manual on MSI's site that you already linked.  I narrowed it down for you:

@Ben a cava Because WiFi is a term to describe wireless networking, so saying 'wireless WiFi' implies there's a version that's wired when there's not   

It's like saying Visual Television!
