That's the inside of an old HP machine from the early 2000s, it's about as rare as atoms are on earth (they literally sold millions worldwide) and wouldn't have cost $100 when it was new (ok that's an exaggeration but you get the idea).

Motherboard is crap and the MX440 is about as junk as an old video card can get, they were junk even brand new. No. Find some better hardware if you want to build a vintage setup.

The Rainbow X58: i7 975 Extreme Edition @4.2GHz, Asus Sabertooth X58, 6x2GB Mushkin Redline DDR3-1600 @2000MHz, SP 256GB Gen3 M.2 w/ Sabrent M.2 to PCI-E, Inno3D GTX 580 x2 SLI w/ Heatkiller waterblocks, Custom loop in NZXT Phantom White, Corsair XR7 360 rad hanging off the rear end, 360 slim rad up top. RGB everywhere.

no... i have been in the retro pc gaming scene for a very long time.
and i'd suggest not using ebay.
those price's are ridiculous.
the cpu is overhyped thus selling higher... it's a single core chip from around 2005/06 (you could get a very powerfull last gen ryzen chip for that money)
and the mx440 was nvidia's most low end offering afaik.
so absolutely not worth it.

Current build: Ryzen 7 1700x, asus prime x370-pro, 16gb gskill trident z rgb, asus rog strix gtx 1070 ti, corsair rm650x, nzxt s340 elite, samsung 840 pro 256gb, 1.5tb hdd.

Performance is worth $0.1, but being a rare collector's item it might cost whatever value you think it does.
