What resolution are you playing games at?

To add bottlenecking isn't always a bad thing either, it just means that piece of hardware is being used to its maximum potential.

Yeah I feel like if you're asking this you don't really know what you're buying

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Yep. In a balanced system, the GPU should be at 99-100% usage and CPU should be pretty high (but not 100) while gaming.
