Good Cheap SSD's?

Hello, I currently have a 1TB HDD and  500GB HDD but the 500gb was probably dead on arrival and i never noticed or it failed somewhere after a year or so, I didn't notice. 

 

I have £200 to spend on a SSD, any good recommendation? Also, what is the difference between a external and internal ssd? one: that first one is a hdd, not a ssd

two: external is generally slower because of usb limits, and even if you use a thunderbolt one, you'll get a bit of latency added.

three: the 860 evo and mx500 are about the best sata ssd's you can get. I have both, and they're doing great

I don't need it but the more the merrier? It's mainly for my hentai

If you want 2TB just to store stuff get an HDD

i mean, i might just buy a 500gb or 1tb but then idk what to buy for the rest of the money

500 should be more than enough for windows and some games. a 2 tb hdd, some nice games, some nice rgb,, just to name a few

1tb is 110, then i have 90 to spend. I can easily fill that 1tb in a year or two depending how thirsty i am for unplayed games

then put the unplayed/less played games on the hdd, much easier and not that big of a difference

Best value SSDs are 1TB usually, so do compare since you're using a desktop.

They still are good. However, the 860 EVOs have a longer write life and cost less.

Maybe in Fantasy World but here in the SSA (Squabbling States of America, the 850s definitely cost more. Before Samsung ran out of the 850s, the MSRP for the 850s were higher than for the 860s.
