Hello, my friend will buy an GTX 1050 to use in an e-gpu adapter at his laptop, and at bottleneck calculator showed that the bottleneck percentage is 22.78%. Is that too high? What does it mean? He will have ~23% less fps? What is bottleneck? Someone tried to explain me what is bottleneck in another topic, but i didn't understand very well.

Stop right there.

Bottleneck is not something you can meassure out of context. Take that number with more salt than Leage of Legends has.

If you have a 22% of PCI bandwidth bottleneck, it would mean that computing apps will behave 22% slower, while games will probably be within margin of error.

You are better posting the entire rig and what games and configs you are aiming at.
