HELP

I play battlefield 1 and it's crash all the time and it's say "DirectX function field with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED" . AND even Overwatch had a similar issue and it's say "Your rendering device has been lost! Application closing".

I tried to erase all the data in my pc but it didn't solve the problem.

 

MY PC SPEC:

i7-8700k

RTX2070 

RAM 16gb

Have you re-installed bf1? Does this happen in other 3D apps?

i don't  have CD but i install the latest version

install a previous version and see if it does something

 

also reinstall directx
