Hey!

So I need to pass audio from my phone to my laptop

Why? Because I'm using 2 channels for mixing and i want the visualizer thats gonna be visualizing the music only reacting to the song currently being played.
Is there any way for me to pass stereo (Or only 1 mono channel) from my phone to my laptop?

Well... How? I cant plug an aux cable into the phone and the laptop. Or do I just plug it into the mic port on my laptop?

Usually you want to use a line-in port (blue) on a desktop computer.

If you keep the volume low on the phone then you might be able to use the mic port.

Buuuut... I am using a laptop.. I only have mic and headphone jack. Also I need to have the volume at max since I'm going to be mixing audio.

well you can try it, hopefully it doesn't damage your mic jack tho since mics usually have much lower levels.
