HELP IM A CAVEMAN

so i got into a scrapwars build with my friends and the pc budget is 60 dollars here are the parts i got 

 

MSI GTX 750 1 gb- 15$ 

AMD AM3 athlon II x4 645- 5$

Samsung 850 pro ssd 128gb- 10$

500w psu- 10 

cpu cooler and fans- 5$

spent 45 dollars got 15 left and can do part trades i have lots of random components i don't need and posted them as a lot on ebay

so i was gonna get a HP pro 6005 mobo but looks like it wont be compatible im not sure......i need help finding a DDR3 mobo with am3 socket that can fit my msi gtx 750 in under 15 dollars  D: life is hard anything helps i was also looking at a dell optiplex 580 but i think it is also no good...PLEASE HELP

i read somewhere that bios wont update and it wont support anything above a gtx 660

to be more clear on my gpu the MSI GTX 750 has 2 fans and its 1gb

i also see that people keep bringing up a low profile card i dont believe mine is

well i dont think i will need a low profile because its gonna be a home made case might not even be in a case!
