Idle temps don't matter unless they're stupid high. Those aren't. Run a stress test like Prime95 or AIDA64 and see what your load temps get to. If they're breaking north of 80C, you might want to clean the cooler, change up the case airflow a bit and/or replace the thermal paste with something new.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

I agree that those temperatures don't look high to me.  It looks like the CPU Fan curve is set pretty low since it's only running around 500 RPM.  You can try setting a higher minimum RPM on the CPU Fan if you want to bring the idle temp down.
