NVIDIA Users Getting Black Screen While Gaming [FIXED]

I have seen number of users reported this issue Specially with the variant of NVIDIA GTX 1070Ti. where while playing game or any GPU intensive work, screen goes black ( shows no signal on screen ) and GPU fans started spinning extremely fast.
I noticed this issue while using 4xx series drivers or latest driver from nvidia 417.35.

if you switch back to any 3xx series of drivers, most effective "388.xx" your issue will get resolved.

Ah, Nvidia's "Fine Wine" is back at it again. 

I did see reports of that happening as well, does seem related to drivers, considering that rolling back to older version fixed that.

Single 21" 1080p 60Hz monitor.
