facebook problem

So my mother has been having a problem specifically on google chrome where whenever she is on facebook, the top part of facebook, the tool bar where it shows the notifications, messages and the search bar, well the entire blue part including all of those are just gone. If anyone has seen anything like this, do you know of a fix?

On chrome? Is she pressing F10 or putting it into fullscreen? There are shortcuts on things like my chromebook and on regular PC's/Mac's that make the bar disappear.

no, this morning i was messing around with it a bit more, and yeah she doesn't mess with the F keys, i actually found something kind of weird in this case, i was seeing what extensions she had and disabled adblock to test out a theory. Upon disabling adblock then refreshing facebook the bar appeared again, so adblock was actually hiding facebook elements
