Posting issues

I've built my pc and everything seems to be working, all fans spinning, green led on mobo. However I either end up on an American megatrends screen detailing what's inside or a flashing underscore. The keyboard either isn't connected or cause the American megatrend screen to not appear. 

 

My pc is a
Cpu. Amd fx 8350
Mobo. Asus sabertooth 990fx
Graphivs card sapphire radeon 5830 1gb
Ram 4gb ddr3
Storage 1tb hdd
Psu corsair 80+ bronze 550w

 

(Alot were given to me and will be upgraded later)
