Hey folks my MSI Gaming M5 is throwing up a post code "00" and the debug light for CPU is lit. Already got refunded and I get to keep the board, so while I wait for my new Z390 board to come in what can I do to possibly get this board running? I've never put the system in a case I've just assembled it to test before it goes in.

It has a flashback bios option on the mobo, I have a USB drive with the bios on it (formatted to FAT32 and the bios file is renamed as MSI.ROM as per my manual unless I'm doing something wrong?), I plug the stick into the bios flash port, press the flash button and the board will cycle into a state where it acts like it's powered on and starting up. What can I do? Thanks!
