What should I upgrade?

Ive got some money, about £250 to spend on upgrading my PC any ideas of what i can do? Currently i can buy a AMD 9590 for around £250 at the moment so possibly that? Or maybe my GPU

Here are my current specs:

 

AMD FX  8350 OC @ 4.5ghz

Gigabyte Windforce 7870

Asus Sabertooth 990fx r2.0

16gb 1600 RAM

Corsair 750W PSU

3TB Seagate Barricuda 

128gb SSD

Corsair 700D Case

Probably just the graphics card. Maybe even the monitor.
